Team Frames Customer Survey Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
1. About this promotion
1.1 The promoter is Team Frames Ltd, part of the Whiteline Group, registered in England and Wales under company number 2594336, with its registered office at 26-36 Hawthorn Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6QA ("Team Frames", "we", "us").
1.2 This is a prize draw linked to our Customer Experience Survey (the "Survey"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Who can enter
2.1 The draw is open to existing Team Frames trade customers only, aged 18 or over, with an active Team Frames trade account.
2.2 Only one entry is allowed per trade account, regardless of how many people at the business complete the Survey.
2.3 Employees of Team Frames, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.4 The Prize can only be redeemed at the nine Team Frames branches listed in clause 5.2. It cannot be redeemed at the independent branches in Ashford and Weybridge.
3. How to enter
3.1 No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the online Survey using the link in the email we send you. The Survey takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
3.2 The Survey opens on 16th October and closes at 23:59 on Friday 23 October 2026 (the "Closing Date"). You must fully complete and submit the Survey before it closes to be entered into the prize draw. Incomplete, duplicate or late submissions will not be entered.
3.3 The link in your email is for your use only. It must not be forwarded or shared in order to submit additional entries. Entries made by automated means, or on behalf of others, will be disqualified.
4. The prize draw
4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will take place on Monday 26 October 2026 and will be overseen by [name or role, e.g. an independent person not involved in the promotion].
4.2 The prize is a 5% discount on one new order placed by the winner's trade account (the "Prize").
4.3 The winner will be contacted by their Team Frames branch manager on Monday 26 October 2026, using the contact details held on their trade account.
4.4 If the winner does not respond within [7] days of being contacted, or cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and draw another winner.
4.5 The winner's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
5. The Prize and how to use it
5.1 The Prize is limited to one 5% discount per trade account and can be used once only. No physical voucher will be issued.
5.2 The 5% discount will be applied to the winner's trade account by their branch and will remain on the account until the winner uses it. It can be redeemed in person at one of the following nine Team Frames branches only: Aylesford, Brighton, Chichester, Eastbourne, Guildford, Hastings, Herne Bay, Orpington and Tunbridge Wells. The Prize cannot be redeemed at the independent branches in Ashford and Weybridge.
5.3 The Prize applies to new orders placed between 27 October 2026 and 31 December 2026 inclusive (the "Redemption Period"). It cannot be applied to orders placed before or after this period, and any unused Prize expires at the end of 31 December 2026.
5.4 The discount applies to the winner's usual agreed trade prices. It cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
5.5 The Prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash or other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
6. Your data
6.1 We will use the information you provide in the Survey, and your trade account contact details, to run the draw, to contact the winner, and to understand and improve our customers' experience.
6.2 Survey responses will be reviewed on an anonymous basis, and your name will only be linked to your answers for the purpose of the draw.
6.3 We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR. You can ask us to stop contacting you about the Survey at any time by emailing your local branch.
7. General
7.1 We will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received because of technical failures or other issues beyond our control.
7.2 We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe is fraudulent, inappropriate or in breach of these terms.
7.3 We may amend these terms, or withdraw or suspend the promotion, if circumstances outside our control make this necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
7.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
7.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
7.6 The winner's name will not be published without their consent. A winner's first name and the region of their branch can be requested by emailing mark.stickland@teamframes.co.uk within one month of the draw date.
